Our Commitment
Volt Dental is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures Taken
We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the site
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Alternative text for all meaningful images
- Clear and consistent navigation structure
- Resizable text without loss of content or functionality
- Focus indicators for keyboard users
- ARIA labels where appropriate
Physical Accessibility
Our dental office is also physically accessible:
- Ground-floor entrance with no steps
- Wide doorways and hallways for wheelchair access
- Accessible restrooms
- Adjustable dental chairs
- Reserved accessible parking spaces
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader compatible
- Third-party content (such as embedded maps) may have limited accessibility
We are actively working to address these limitations.
