Introduction
This policy describes what Volt Dental collects through this website, how we use it and who we share it with. It covers this website only. Health history and consent forms are on the practice's own secure portal, which has its own notice.
What this website collects
When you send us the contact form, we receive the name, email address and phone number you give us, how you would like us to reply, the time you prefer and the message you write. Please do not put medical details in the form. For anything urgent, call us.
This website has no accounts, no newsletter and no online scheduler. The pages you read are not tied to your name.
How we use it
- Reply to your message and arrange a visit
- Send appointment reminders you ask for
- Keep a record of our conversation with you
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, for example with a laboratory making your crown, with another dental office we refer you to, with your plan when we file a claim, or when a law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We limit who in the practice can see messages from this website, and we ask the services that carry them to protect them. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, which is another reason to call for anything urgent.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold from the contact form, and to stop contacting you. Call or write to the address below.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
