New patients

Your first visit, step by step

A first visit with a new dentist takes about an hour. An urgent visit comes first and is shorter.

  1. Step 1: Call or request a visit

Call if it is urgent. For a routine visit, use the form and tell us the day you prefer and how you would like us to reply.

  2. Step 2: We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, the front desk looks up your plan's benefits and tells you what the plan says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your forms

Health history and consent forms are on the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the front desk.

  4. Step 4: Meet your dentist

Your dentist looks at the problem, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.

  5. Step 5: Leave with a written plan

You get the options and the estimate in writing, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Fill in your new-patient forms

Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in

What do I bring?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.

Do I put medical details on this website?

No. The contact form asks for none. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's secure portal.

Can you get my records from my old dentist?

Yes. Give us your previous office's contact information and sign a release, and we request your records before your visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you, and we will take it from there.
